To remove or abandon an underground flammable liquid (gas or diesel)
tank a permit is required.

• Obtain and complete permit application. Information required for application includes address of property, number and capacity of tanks, and anticipated disposition of tanks.
• Fire Department Current Fees
• Tank Permit Removal/Abandonment.
• Aboveground Flammable/Combustible Liquids Storage and Dispensing
• Installation of Underground Flammable/Liquid Tank(s)
• Chapter 57 - Flammable and Combustible Liquids
